人工柱代替矿石柱在鹤庆锰矿的应用 被引量:1

摘要 鹤庆锰矿为低磷低铁优质富锰矿石,用人工柱代替矿石矿柱,提高了矿石的回采率,具有显著的经济效益。文章中详细的论述了人工柱的布置、规格尺寸、砌筑工艺及人工柱的安全系数计算。另外,使用压力沈来监测人工柱的受力状况,实践表明:压力枕工作性能和精度能够满足采矿试验要求。 The Heqing manganese ore is a high grade manganese ore with low phosphorus and iron contents. Its extraction ratio can be improved by using artificial pillars instead of ore pillars, achieving remarked economic efficiency. In this paper a detailed description is given of the layout, sizes and building techniques of artificial pillars as well as the calculation of their safety co-efficients. A pressure pillow was adoped to monitor the applied force on artificial pillars. The practice shows that the pressure pillow can meet the requirements of mining experiment.
