新钢锰铁高炉扩容改造的实践及其效果

MODIFICATION OF A BLAST FURNACE FOR MANGANESE-IRON SMELTING BY INCREASING ITS VOLUME:PRACTICE AND RESULTS

简介了国内外高炉大型化及扩容改造的成就,着重分析了新钢锰铁高炉扩容改造的实践及其效果。新钢锰铁高炉自60年代初投产以来,历经5次大修,容积扩大了34％,年生产能力提高了40％。

This paper described the scaling-up of blast furnaces at home and abroad and the achievements in their modification by volume increasing. The author discussed empha tically the practice and results of the modification of blast furnaces for manganese-iron smelting of the Xinyu Iron and Steel Works,Jiangxi,Province,by volume increasing. The blast furnaces were put into operation in the early 1960s. Since then,they have gone through major maintenace for 5 times,resulting in a 34% increase in their volume and a 40% increase in annual capacity.
