摘要
本实验通过实验性小肠扭转模型,观察了小肠缺血半小时后再灌注,在应用超氧化物歧化酶进行保护的基础上,再应用谷氨酰胺一周后大白鼠小肠粘膜湿重,脱氧核糖核酸含量及肠粘膜形态学改变。结果表明,应用谷氨酰胺后能促进肠粘膜细胞的分裂增殖,加速损伤粘膜的增生修复。
