大鼠肌皮神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射(酸性磷酸酶法研究)

The Orientational Projections of Sensory Fibtes of Musculocutaneus Nerve to the Substantia Gelationsa of the Spinal Cord in Pats (An Acid Phosphatase Technique Study)

按照跨神经节溃变的原理,以酸性磷酸酶法,研究了大鼠肌皮神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射。大鼠肌皮神经感觉纤维纵向投射,主要在脊髓C_6上段至C_7下段胶状质。其横向投射均在胶状质中线以内,主要位于胶状质内侧半外侧2/3和内侧半中1/3区域,部分动物C_7中段至C_7下段占居胶状质内侧半中外1/3范围。

The orientational projections of sensory fibres of musculocutaneus nerves to the substantia gelationsa (SC) of the spinal cord in rats were studied in accordance with the principle of transgangionic edgeneration by using acid phospatase technique. It was found that the sensory fibres of the musculotaneus nev nerves in rats were ohiefly Drojected to SC from the upper part of C6 to the lower part of C7 in the spinal cord iongitudinally and as to their tranverse projections the fibres were found within the midline of SC and mainly located at the 2/3 of exterior lateral half and the 1/3 of median region in the medial of SC. from the midpiece of C7 to the lower segment, of C7 the 1/3 of middle and exterior half region in the medial of SC was projected. The projection column showed a tendenoy to extend toward iateral nortion from top to bottom.
