摘要
报道１９９３年４月至１９９４年１２月手术治疗食管癌伴窦性心动过缓６３例，术前心率４２～５８次／分，平均４８．６次／分。肿瘤浸润深度为Ｔ＿３、Ｔ＿４者占８４．１％（５３／６３），其中Ｔ＿４占５５．６％（３５／６３），显著高于同期手术组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。术前阿托品试验阴性者占９２．３％（４８／５２）（Ｐ＜０．００１），无手术死亡。认为食管癌或／及转移淋巴结侵及、压迫迷走神经可能是导致窦性心动过缓的主要原因，这类病人仍首选手术治疗，同时对术前检查和围术期治疗进行讨论。
