复春灵对未成年雌性小鼠血清雌二醇含量的影响

INFLUNENCE OF FU CHUN LING ON THE CONTENT OF SERUM ESTRADIOL BY IMMATURE FEMALE MICE

采用放射免疫测定是技术观察了各种不同剂量复春灵对未成年小鼠血清雌二醇(estradiol,E_2)含量的影响。结果表明:三种不同剂量复春灵对血清E_2含量均有明显的促进作用,但随剂量增加,血清E_2含量逐渐降低,且呈剂量反应关系。提示复春灵可经卵巢影响E_2的分泌而激发女性性欲。

In this experiment,the infiunence of different doses of Fu Chun Ling on the content of serum estradiol to the mice were observed with the method of RIA by immature female mice. The results indicated that the concentration of serum estrdiol were enhanced with three various doses of Fu Chun Ling. But when the doses of Fu Chun Ling were increased,the content of serum estradiol were decreased in a dose-dependent manner. The above data suggested that Fu Chun Ling could activatel the women's sexuality via effect the secretion of estradiol at ovary.
