摘要
采用多波长吸收度比值法,对由盐酸土霉素(Ⅰ)、盐酸四环素(Ⅱ)和氢化考的松(Ⅲ)等组成的复方抗生素滴耳剂,于340、35O和360nm处不经分离测定Ⅰ、Ⅱ之含量.结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ之平均回收率及变异系数分别为10O.24%,0.76%和99.84%,0.56%.本法显示出简便快速之特点,适用于医院制剂的快速分析.
We determined the component ofⅠand Ⅱ in auristillab antibiotic compo-sitae composed oxytetracycloine hydrochloride (Ⅰ) ,tetracycline kydrochlo-ride (Ⅱ) and hydrocortisone (Ⅲ) at wave length 340nm, 350nm and 360nm without separating. The average r-ecoreies and the relative standard deria-tions were 100.24% ,0.76% for oxytetracycline hydrochloride and 99.84%, 0.56% for tetracycline hydrochloride.
