腹腔镜阑尾切除的临床意义及技术改进

The Clinical Significance of Laparoscopic Appendectomy and a Number of Improvements on the Technique

本文报道1992年以来二个医院用改良的经腹腔镜阑尾切除方法切除阑尾84例,效果良好。认为应用该法行阑尾切除比传统的手术有较多优点。

84 cases of appendectomy were performed with an improved technique of laparoscopy in two hospitals. In this paper, the techniques were descripted and the advantages of this procedure were discussed.
