摘要 通过荷瘤小鼠实验,确定荷Lewis肺癌的NIH小鼠作肿瘤热疗模型是可行的。应用这个模型,进行加温合并药物以及热耐受性的实验研究。结果表明:1.喜树碱16mg/kg合并43℃加温25min,治疗有相加作用,2.斑螯素0.45mg/kg或消瘤芥0.75mg/kg合并43℃加温25min,治疗有协同作用,3.去甲斑螯酸钠3mg/kg对Lewis肺癌无治疗作用,但合并43℃加温25min有协同作用,4.在43℃加温25min后,Lewis肺癌迅速产生热耐受性,在24h达到最大值,然后逐渐减弱。热耐受性的存在,减弱第二次加温或热化疗的治疗效果。 Hyperthermia is one of major methods for tumor therapy.Defined NIH mice bearing Lewis lung carcinoma were used as a model of hyperthermia on tumor.The results showed that: 1 .Camptothecin 16 mg/kg plus 43℃ heating 25 ruin, had a additive effect of therapy, 2.Cantharidin 0.45mg/kg or Nitrocaphane 0.75 mg/kg plus 43℃ heating 25 min, gave synergistic effect of therapy, 3.Sodium norcantharidate 3 mg/kg had no theerapeutic effect for Lewis lung carcinoma,but had synergistic effect when it combined with 43℃ heating 25 min and 4.After 43℃ heating 25 min,the Lewis lung carcinoma rapidly developed thermotolerance to the maximum at 24 hours and then gradually weakened.The existence of thermotolerance weakened the therapeutic efficiency of second heating or thermochemotherapy.
