摘要
本文在细胞形态,表面抗原分析的基础上,对20例小儿急性白血症细胞进行TCRδ和γ基因结构的分析。11例属分化早期的白血病中有9例发生TCRδ基因的重排和缺失,其中5例也有TCRγ基因的重排。在5例属非淋巴细胞系的白血病中有3例发生TCRδ基因的重排.3例粒细胞性白血病细胞的TCR基因(δ和γ)均为胚系。有一例细胞表型仅有CD_2表达的白血病细胞,其TCR 基因(δ和γ)也为胚系。结果还显示:TCRδ基因结构发生变化的白血病细胞均有CD_(10)抗原表达。研究提示:TCRδ基因的重排不显示严格的细胞特异性,但是TCR 基因的变化与淋巴细胞系白血病细胞某些表面抗原的表达存在某种联系。
The study analyzed the configuration of TCR delta and gamma genes of leukemic cells fromchildren acute leukemias based on phenotypic analyses.Twenty patients were selected.In fourcases of acute undifferentiated leukemia (AUL),one showed the deletion of delta gene and therearrangement of gamma gene,one showed the deletion of delta gene and germline bands ofgamma gene,other AUL cases(two cases)exhibited the unrearrangement patterns of both deltaand gamma genes.In seven cases of common type acute lymphoblastic leukemia (CALL or pre—pre—B lymphoblastic leukemia),all showed the rearranged delta gene and four of them also ex-hibited the rearrangements of gamma gene.In-five cases of nonlymphoid leukemia,three casesshowed delta gene rearrangements and one showed delta gene deletion and gamma gene rear-rangement.Germline configuration of delta and gamma genes was found in three cases ofmyeloid leukemia and one case with CD2 surface antigen.The results suggest that the reattange-ments and deletions of delta and gamma genes are not associated with T cell lineage ,but are re-lated to the expression of some cell surface antigens,e.g.,CD10.
