摘要
本文报道Na_2SeO_3对大鼠被动性Heymann 氏肾炎(PHV)的影响,证实实验组较对照组尿蛋白减少,生化指标(ALB、BUN、CHOL)和病理改变较轻,上述效果与硒提高机体的抗氧化能力有关.认为在免疫复合物瘸和有免疫复合物参与的疾病适量补硒可能会有一定效果。
