VX酶免疫分析法的建立及其应用

Establishment and Application of VX BA-CIEIA

本文利用亲和层析纯化的免抗VX抗体建立了生物素—亲和素放大的VX竞争抑制性酶免疫分析方法(BA—CIELA)。本方法灵敏度高,专一性强,简便易行,一次可检测出多个样品。方法标准曲线直线范围在1×10^(-11) mol/1～1×10^(-6)μmol/1之间,最小检测值可达mol水平,与沙林、梭曼、对氧磷等有机磷毒剂没有或只有微弱的交叉反应。应用本方法首次定量检测出中毒小鼠体内游离VX。

A competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay method for VX was established by biotin-a-vidin system (BA-CIEIA)with affinity chromatograph purified rabbit anti-VX antibodies. Thelinear range of this method is between 10 pmol/l--lμl, and it can detect 1 fmol VX per sample.The purified antibodies have mo or only a little cross reaction with sarin,soman and paraoxon.By BA-CIEIA, free VX in aminal's body was quantitated for the firsttime.
