试管固相RIA和IRMA技术的实验研究

An experimental study of test tube solid-phase RIA and IRMA Techniques

本文报告一种新型试管固相RIA和IRMA技术。先后建立了固相二抗测定β2-mG,固相一抗法测定AFP和双位点夹心法测定CEA。实现了分析技术一步法。本法操作十分简便,不加分离剂和离心程序,不受温度影响,便于组装试剂盒及临床大量样品的检测。这一技术的改进成功为我国放免试剂盒的更新换代提供了条件。

A new type of testtube solid-phase radioimmunoassay and immunoradiometric assay was proposed and examplified by β 2-mG、AFP and CEA determinations.A solid-phase antibody technique was introduced in AFPassay,Solidphase second antibody was used in β2-mGdetermi- nation and two-site sandwich format was employed in CEA assay.All these methods utilized one-step protocol with no centrifugation needed.The proposed methods are accurate,convinent to operate and suitable for automatic high throughput sample mmeasurement.This achievement might pave the way for a new generation RIA。
