雷公藤对SLE肾炎反抑制T细胞的影响

Effect of txiplenygium wilfordii hook f on contrasuppressor T cells in SLE nephritis patients

本文通过对19例狼疮肾患者进行反T 抑制细胞分析,其中6例服用雷公藤治疗(30mg/d),7例服用强的松治疗(30mg/d),6例未服药(初发病).结果显示狼疮肾患者的CD_8^+VV^+细胞高于正常对照者。服用雷公藤后CD_8^+VV^+明显下降,与未服药组比较有显著差别(P<0.05),由此推测减少CD_8^+VV^+细胞可能是雷公藤的药理作用之一。

Contrasuppressor T cell were analysed in 19 cases of lupus nephritis patients(6 cases were treated with Txiplenygium Wilfordii Hook F 30mg/d,7 cases were treated with prednisone 30mg/d,6 cases were untreated).Results showed that the content of CD_8^+VV^+ cells in lupus nephritis patients were higher than that in normal controls,and after taking Txiplenygium Wil- fordii Hook F the content lowered significantly,there existed significant differenec between the patients treated with Txiplenygium Wilfordii Hook F and the patients untreated.We speculated that to lower the content of CD_8^+VV^+ cells may be one of the pharmacological effects of Txi- plenygiu Wilfordii Hook F.
