运用双组份化学助剂控制树脂障碍的研究

摘要 采用气相色谱和析出树脂测定等手段,研究了马尾松磨木浆(GW)和酸性亚硫酸盐浆(SP)中树脂份与树脂障碍的关系,并着重研究了一种新的树脂障碍控制方法,即滑石粉(talc)/聚氧化乙烯(PEO)双组份方法的控制效果、机理和影响因素. A new pitch control method,namely talc/polyethylene oxide(PEO)dual component system,was being tried out for pitch control.Using gas chromatography,pitch deposition measurement and other techniques,the effective- ness of such a pitch control system,its mechanism and relevant factors were investigated. Experimental results indicated:the volatile oil presented in the filtrate from Masson pine GW and SP washing depended highly on the number of times washing was being carried out.More than 75-85% of the resin in the pulp suspension tended to adhere to the pulp fiber when 1% talc and 0.05% PEO(both on the weight by weight hasis of O.D.fibers),were added to the pulp slurry.Apparently,talcs were adsorbed by the resin particles,leading to a reduction in resin deposition potential.And PEO served to bridge the gap between the tale-covered resin par- ticles and the pulp fibers,in this way,the resins would finally go into the final sheet.The particle size of talc,and the molecular weight and dosage of PEO were the major factors for the talc/PEO system.Changes in shear stress and pulp species had little influence on this control system.Addition of alum was no longer required for pitch con- trol.Aside from pitch control,the system was found to be effective in promoting filler retention,drainage,web for- mation.machine runnability and paper quality.
