摘要
应用Lagrange乘子法求解石油化工管式炉辐射室传热计算,推得用于管式炉辐射室传热计算的基本方程。经现场四种不同炉型的考核计算表明,所得方程式可用于工艺计算,对迭代初值选取与收敛性的关系,作了详细研究。研究表明:所得方程式(2)为烟气出口温度tg单调增函数,在任何tg点处不存在f′(Tg)=0值。本文式(2)可提供一种比传统方法更为简单、准确的图解方法。
The method of Lagrange multiplier is used to solve heat transfer
in the radiant section of process-type fired heater. A new equation
for calculating radiant heat transfer has been obtained. The testing
calculations show that the obtained equation can be used as a basis
for calculation of heat transfer in radiant section.
The correlation between an initial value of iteration and conver
gence is discussed as well. The obtained equation is the monotonic
function of flue-gas temperature Tg. The derivative of function is not
zero at any value of Tg. The obtained equation can also provide a simple
graphics.
