The Influence of Tungsten Dust on Pulmonary Function

摘要 对40名钨尘作业1~19年的工人(男27名,女13名)和40名年龄、身高、体重相配的无接尘史的对照组工人(男24名,女16名)测试肺功能。结果表明:(1)两组VC/VC_(PR)、FEV_(1.0)%、MVV/MVV_(PR)、V_(50)/H、V_(25)/H、小气道功能异常率及可疑异常率均无显著性差异。(2)观察组男工钨尘作业工龄对V_(50)/H和V_(25)/H有负直线相关关系(前者r=-0.35,P<0.05,后者r=-0.49, P<0.05),但对小气道功能影响较轻微。 Pulmonary function was measured in 40workers exposed to tungsten dust for 1-19years (27 men and 13 women) and in thecontrol group without exposure history, whichconsisted of 24 men and 16 women.The resultsshowed: (1) There was no significant diffe-rence in VC/VC_(pr), FEV_(1.0)%, MVV/MVV_(pr),V_(50)/H, V_(25)/H and the rates of abnormal anddoubtful abnormal small airway function(SAF) between two groups. (2) The years ofexposure to tungsten dust were negatively co-rrelated to V_(50)/H (r=-0. 35, P<0. 05) andV_(25)/H (r=-0.49, P<0.05) in men, but theinfluence on SAF is slight.
