二硫化碳对男工和雄性动物生殖损伤的研究 被引量:7

摘要 对四个地区911名CS_2作业男工调查结果,其子代出生缺陷和其妻子自然流产的发生率分别达20.82%和5.97%,均显著高于对照组,其发生率的高低与接触CS_2浓度的高低有一定剂量反应关系。对接触GS_2的平均浓度为35mg/m^3的男工调查结果,性功能减退、精子形态异常、精子活动率低下、精子数少的发生率均显著高于对照组。小鼠吸入10mg/m^3或100mg/m^3的CS_2 5周、睾丸的初级精母细胞常染色体畸变率和性染色体异常率及精子畸变率均显著增高。以上表明CS_2能损伤男性生殖功能,对雄性小鼠生殖细胞有致突变效应,并对男工和雄性小鼠的精子生成有毒害作用。 The studies on the reproductive functionwere carried in 911 married male workersexposed to CS_2 at 4 different areas of china.The results revealed that the incidende of thefetal defects of their children and spontaneousabortion in their wives were 20.82‰ and 5.97%respectively, which were all significantlyhigher than those of the control group. To acertain extent, the incidences had dose-responserelation to the concentration of the CS_2. Thestudies of the male workers exposed to CS_2at an average concentration of 35mg/m^3 showedthat incidences of the sexual hypofunction,teratospermia, reduced spermatic activily andhypospermia were all significantly higherthan those of the control group. The resultsfrom the male mice exposed to the CS_2 of10mg/m^3 and 100mg/m^3 for 5 weekes, showedthat the autosomal aberration rate of theprimary spermatocyte of testis and the rateof the sex chromosome abnormality of theprimary spermatocyte of testis and the rate ofthe sperm aberration were also significantly
