本文较系统地综述了葫芦科作物组织与细胞培养所取得的进展,并展望其发展趋势,以及在遗传操作与育种中的前景。
This paper systematically reviewed the current development on tissue and cell culture of cucurbits. The future tendency of the research and the prospects of potential uses in genetic manipulation and breeding were predicted.
