摘要
本文阐述了采用轧后湍流快速冷却工艺处理钢筋的工艺技术。介绍了“805—1”型湍流喷嘴冷却系统的技术特色,并讨论了关于工艺参数及棒材控制冷却过程中温度场的计算。
Application of post rolling turbulent fast cooling process to reinforcing bars has been des-cribed. The features of the 805--1 type turbulent nozzle system are presented. The technologi-cal parameters and the temperature field in the controlled cooling process for the bars are alsodiscussed.
