摘要
利用HM—100型高温金相显微镜对12Cr2MoWVTiB钢进行了热变形奥氏体组织的演变和连续冷却的动态观察,发现了一些新现象。用多滑移系转换的模型解释了表面浮凸受阻的现象。研究表明,贝氏体相变导致的表面浮凸具有切变性质。奥氏体变形能够促进贝氏体形核,并可抑制贝氏体的生长,从而能使贝氏体组织细化。这可能又是一个提高贝氏体钢性能的重要途径。
Using HM-100 type hot-stage microscope, in situ observations on the structure evolution ofaustenite during hot deformation and the process of bainite transformation during continuouscooling have been carried out for 12Cr_2MoWVTiB steel. Some new phenomenons were found.By means of mult?slip system transformation model, the obstruct of the surface relief is explained. The investigation indicates that the surface relief induced by bainite transformationpossesses a shear character. The austenite deformation promotes the nucleation of bainite andrestrains its growth thus leading to refined bainite structure. This appear to be an importantway to improve the properties of bainite steels.
