轧辊抛丸处理装置及其应用

为提高冷轧薄板的产品质量,作者经过调查研究后认为,对冷轧机及平整机工作辊进行打毛处理,使钢板轧成麻面,是提高冷轧薄板产品质量的重要措施。为此,鞍钢与北京钢铁设计研究总院协作,从消化移植进口轧辊抛丸处理装置开始,设计、制造、安装了国产轧辊抛丸处理装置。经过对1700 mm和1200 mm轧机工作辊抛丸处理的实际应用,证明,该装置已达到国际同类装置70年代技术水平。年经济效益达100万元以上。

It was thought that a roughening treatment on the working roll of cool rolling mill andflattener, thus making the surface of the sheet product spongy would be an important measureto improve sheet product quality. Starting from digesting an imported shop blaster a domesticone has been designed, manufacttured, and installed at Anshan Iron and Steel Company. Prac-tice on 1700 and 1200 mills proved that the equipment has a technical level of about the 70'sinternational standard.
