提高小麦抗赤霉病鉴定效果的研究

摘要 用赤霉病麦粒浸出液供作小麦种子萌动露白所需的水分,结果显示“浸出液”对小麦种子的露白有明显的抑制作用。这种作用与小麦品种的抗赤霉病性有关,抗病品种所受抑制较弱,种子露白多;感病品种所受抑制较强,种子露白少。此结果可用于鉴别小麦品种的抗赤霉性强弱。 By using steeping water of wheat seeds suffered from headblight as the moisture condition for germination, data shows that this 'Steeping water'can inhibite the germination of wheat seed obviously. This effect has relation to resistance of wheat headblight. Resistant variety seeds can get higher germinating rate because of less inhibiting effect; and infected seeds will get lower geiminating rate owing to its more inhibiting effect. These experiments will be introduced for identification of resistibility of wheat headblight.
