兔耳软骨膜移植髌骨形成关节软骨的演化过程

摘要 本实验研究表明,移植兔耳软骨膜能形成新的关节软骨面,软骨膜移植的再生过程分为移植、粘着、愈合和成熟四个阶段,新生软骨从血凝块、滑膜血管、髌骨的滋养血管和关节滑液获得营养。文中阐述了软骨膜移植重建关节软骨的临床意义。 In 30 rabbits autologous auricular perichondrial grafts are transplanted to thedenuded patellar surface. The results of macro-and-microscopic observations areas follows: <1> the transplanted perichondrium is able to form a new jointsurface; <2> the regenerative process of the perichondrial graft can be dividedinto 4 stages, i. e. graft, adhesion, union and mature stages; <3> the regenera-tive cartilage obtains the nutrition through the blood clot, synovial vessel,nutrient vessel of patella and synovial fluid. The clinical significance ofreconstruction of joint cartilage with perichondrial grafts is described.
