妊娠合并急性病毒性肝炎91例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 91 CASES OF PREGNANCY COMBINED WITH ACUTE VIRUS HEPATITIS

本文报告妊娠合并急性病毒性肝炎91例，发现恶心、呕吐、出血、面部毛细血管扩张及贫血等症状的发生率明显高于非妊娠急性病毒性肝炎。妊娠肝炎黄疸发生率为58．2％，SGPT、多为200-299u．占70．3％，死亡率仅1．1％．分娩66例中，难产15例、新生儿窒息8例及死胎4例．均较产科妊娠妇女的发生率为高。

This article reports 91 cases of pregnancy combined with acute virus hepati-tis, of which the syniptoms such as nausea, vomit, faoial capillary ectasia andanemia, occur more frequently than those of non-pregnancy acute virus hepati-tis. The incidence of pregnant hepatitis icterus reaches 58.2%, cases of SGPT200-299 total 70.3% and death rate accounts for 1.1%. There are 15 of dystocia, 8 of apnea neonatorum and 4 of dead-birth in 66cases of delivery. All the above occurrence rates are higher than those of obstet-rical gravida.
