摘要
测定了200名健康成人LDH活力，均值为204．5±45．2u，正常范围(M±2 SD）。114.1～294.4u，正常参考取110～300u.另检测110例心、肝疾病患者LDH作为对照．结果显示，如按300u为正常上限，符合临床实际情况，并大大提高了该酶对各种疾病的阳性率．文中对影响LDH及其同工酶测定结果的因素，作了一些实验和探讨．认为各实验室在尽量避免分离时间、温度等影响因素的同时，应该建立自己的正常参考值，不宜随意引用其它实验室的正常值。
In this paper, LDH activities tested from 200 healthy persons had the mean value of 204.5±45.2u, the normal range (M±2SD) of 114.1～294.9u, and the normal reference of 110～300u. Additionally, LDH activities from 110 patients with heart or liver diseases were determined as control. the result suggests that 300u may be considered as the upper limit of normal range, which corresponds to clinical practical conditions and greatly increases the positive rate of this enzyme in a variety of diseases. Also, some experiments have been carried out and will be discussed here in regard to the factors affecting the results of LDH and its isoenzyme assay. It is considered that while avoiding all kinds of affecting factors to the utmost, each laboratory should establish its own normal reference value. It is unsuitable to use other laboratory′s normal value without consideration.
