摘要
对124例次慢性肺心病并发硷中毒患者的血气、电解质、诱发因素、神经症状进行了分析。探讨其发病原因，提出诊治本病应结合病史、密切观察病情、谨慎用药，这是预防硷中毒的关键。
In this paper, we analysed blood gas, electrolytes, introductive factors and nervous symptoms of 124 cases of chronic corpalmonale complicated with alkalosis and studied the etiology of the disease. As a conclusion, the crux of preventing alkalosis is to combine with disease history appropriately, observe clinical situation closely, and take medicine carefully in diagnosing and ttreating the disease.
