摘要 本文利用田间试验及生化分析的方法,对66份菜品种和品系进行抗草甘膦基因筛选。草甘膦(1kg/hm^2)第一次茎叶处理后,66份菜豆材料抗性反应明显不同,大多数材料死亡,而89-05-3和89-09品系生长良好。15天后草甘膦(1kg/hm^2)第二次茎叶处理,89-05-3和89-09仍表现高抗性。生化分析结果表明,89-05-3和89-09品系芳香族氨基酸含量明显高于其它品种。 66 tine of bean (Phaselus Vulgaris L.) were screened for resistonce to glyphosate in field experiments and chemical analysis were practised. When glyphosate (1kg/hm^2) was applied in postemergence of bean. There were a lot of obvious differnces to glyphosate in 66 lines. Two lines (89-05-3 and 89-09) growth well and the others were injured. Fifteen days later, glyphosate (1kg/hm^2), result showed slight injury to two lines 89-05-3 and 89-09 of bean with higher resistance. And the content of aromatic amino acid in these two lines was higher than others.
