矽肺患者血清微量元素探讨

Study of Trace Elements in Serum of Patients With Silicosis

本文选择矽肺及其合并症患者为研究对象,分析了113例血样,6种微量元素。矽肺及其合并症患者血清铜含量和铜、锌比值均有明显升高,矽肺合并症患者血清锌明显降低。初步揭示了该病铜、锌元素变化现律。

Six trace elements in serum of 113 caseswith silicosis and those complicated by tubercul-osis and other respiratory diseases were studi-ed. The serum samples were analyzed for Cu,Zn, K, Na, Ca and Mg using atomic absorptionspectrophogo meter (Hitachi model 180-80).The serum Cu Content and ratio of Cu/Zu inthe patients with silicosis and complicatedsilicosis were significantly higher than thosein healthy subjects and serum Zn in thepatients with complicated silicosis wassignificantly lower than that in healthysubjects, whereas the serum K, Na, Ca and Mgcontents did not show any deviation fromnormal values. This study indicates the patternsof changes of serum Cu and Zn contents inpatients with silicosis.
