论西方人权的三次嬗变

人权问题是当代国际政治中的一个重要问题。西方人权经历了三次嬗变 :从追求普遍的、抽象的人权转变为阶级的、种族的特权 ;从国内统治的工具转变成推行霸权主义的工具 ;从“人权外交”到“新干涉主义”。

Human rights is an important problem in contemporary international politics. Human rights in the west has experienced three timely changes: from seeking general human rights to seeking class and racial privilege; from tool of rule at home to tool of carrying out hegemonism in the world; from the diplomacy of human rights to the new intervention.
