摘要
随着社会经济的发展 ,环境污染日益严重 ,在宪法中将公民环境权作为公民基本权利予以明确规定是未来宪法发展的趋势 ,是公民基本权利的发展和丰富。同时 ,也为公民环境权的保护奠定了宪法基础 ,使其从应有权利转化为法定权利 ,是我国人权事业的一大进步。
With the social economic development, po11ution becomes increasingly worse. The trend that environmental right of citizens is definitely regulated as a basic citizen's right is unavoidable in the future. It indicates the development and perfection of the basic citizen's right. At the same time,it will establish constitution base to protect citizen's right to environment and make a 'should-be' right to statutory right, which would be a great progress of Chinese human rights cause.
