摘要
在系统地研究Eu(Ⅲ)-La(Ⅲ)-TC协同荧光增敏体系的基础上,提出了一个测定微量四环素的荧光分析新方法.体系的激发波长和发射波长分别为396nm和616nm,线性范围为2×10-9~4×10-7mol·L-1.该法能用于测定尿液和血浆中的微量四环素.
in this paper a new sensitive fluorometric method for the determination of trace amount of tetracycline (TC) has been developed which based on the synergistic fluorescence enhancement effect of Eu (Ⅲ). La (Ⅲ)/TC reaction system. The maximum fluorescence was produced at pH 9.0with 8×10-5 mol·l-1 Eu (Ⅲ) and 6×10-5 mol· La(Ⅲ). The excitation and emission wave length was 396 nm and 616nm, respectively. The linear range of tetracycline was 2×10-9 to 4×10-7 mol.L-1,with a detect limit of 4×10-10 mol.L-1, The recommended method can be applied to the determination of trace amounts of tetracycline in urine and serum. The experimental conditions and the mechanism of synergistic enhancement effect were discussed.
