摘要
采用分步浸债法和混碾法对相同组成的Mg-Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3耐硫变换催化剂进行制备,利用活性评价、XRD、TPR实验研究了两种样品mMCA(I)和mMCA(I)的反应性能.结果表明:浸渍法制备的样品比混碾法制备的样品具有较高的低温活性,同时具有较差的高温活性和耐热性,其主要原因是制备方法严重地影响了流化物催化剂的结构性能.
Two different sulfide catalysts Mg-Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3 of same composition-mMCA (Ⅰ) prepared by stepwise impregnation and mMCA (Ⅱ) by mixingkneading have been studied by WGSR activity evaluation. TPR and XRD experiments, It shows that:mMCA(Ⅰ) has a better low-temperature activity and a little poor high-temperature activity and less heat-resistant as compared with mMCA(Ⅱ). the main reason for this result is that difference in preparation affects seriously the structure property of sulfide catalyst.
