摘要
利用自制销-盘式滑动磨损实验装置,研究了PSZ、ZTM和莫来石陶瓷与钢构成摩擦副时,陶瓷销在干摩擦及水和油润滑介质条件下的磨损特性,分析了水及油作为润滑介质对陶瓷销磨损性能的影响.
By using a pin disk sliding abrasion tester made by oneself, the authors study the abrasion characteristics of the ceramic pin under the condition of dry friction as well as the condition of water and oil as lubricating medium when PSZ, ZTM, and mullite ceramics forms the friction pair with steel respectively. And the effects of water as well as oil as lubricating medium on the abrasion characteristics of the ceramic pin are analyzed.
