本文推导了带有边载的无拉力弹性半空间地基上Ｒｅｉｓｓｎｅｒ板的边界元——线性互补方程，建立了在边载作用下的地基刚阵和等效荷载向量，并给出了算例．

This paper derives the boundary element linear complementary equation of the Reissner plate on the unilateral elastic half space foundation with side loads. The stiffness matrix under side loading condition and the equavalent loading vector are established. An example and the numerical results are given.
