多种底物在免疫金银染色检测抗核抗体试验中的联合应用

An Application of Combined Different Substrates Antinuclear Antibody Test by Immunogold-siiver Staining Technique.

将多种底物联合应用于免疫金银染色检测ANA试验,与各底物单独应用比较,可明显改善检测的敏感性与核型显示。其中,两种鼠脏器印片联合应用的结果可与Hep-2细胞的结果相当,三种及四种鼠脏器印片联合应用的结果可与Hep-2细胞和一种鼠脏器印片联合应用的结果相当,且均不使正常人ANA阳性率明显升高。

Different substrates combined with each other were used for antinuclear antibody test by immunogold-silver staining technique, which, compared with using one of these substrates alone, obviously improved the sensitivity of test and the showing of nuclear staining patterns. The results obtained by using the multiple subsrrates of combined two kinds of mouse or rat organ imprint were approximate to which obtained by using hep-2 cells ,the multiple substrates of combined three or four kinds of mouse or rat organ imprint approximate to hep-2 ceils combined with one organ imprint of mouse or rat. Combined different organ imprints of mouse and rat used as multiple substrates did not obviously enhance ANA positive rate of normal persons.
