吡虫啉、扑虱灵对褐稻虱的作用机制及药效特征比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 本文结合室内生测和田间试验,明确了吡虫啉、扑虱灵对褐稻虱的作用机制和药效特征的差异:①吡虫啉是高活性的神经毒剂,扑虱灵属于昆虫生长调节剂。②吡虫啉对褐稻虱三龄若虫的浸苗活性是扑虱灵的9.3倍,对成虫和卵的杀伤作用显著地高于扑虱灵。③水稻茎叶对吡虫啉的吸收传导能力略高于扑虱灵,根对吡虫啉的吸收能力显著高于扑虱灵。④吡虫啉对褐稻虱天敌黑肩绿盲蝽的杀伤力大,扑虱灵安全。这两种药剂上述特征的差异性在生产上对种群控制效果表现为,吡虫啉前期的速效性要显著高于扑虱灵,中期的控效作用和后期的持效作用二者相当。 The comprehensive bioassay and field evaluation of imidacloprid(Im.) and buprofezin (Bup.) against the brown planthopper (BPH) was conducted. It showed that: 1.The toxicity was different between Im. and Bup.. Im. is a nervous pesticide, and Bup. is a chitin synthesis inhibitor. 2.The dipping seedling LC50 value of Im. for third instar nymphs was 9.3 times as much as that of Bup.. The activity of Im. for adults and eggs was significantly higher than that of Bup.. 3.The capacity of absorption and transportation of Im. in rice sheath was as obvious as that of Bup., and higher in leaf, and significantly higher in root.4. It was safe to C. lividipennis in Bup.,in contrast to quite lethal in Im.. They both were safe to spider. 5.In the field test, the quick effect of Im. was greater than that of Bup. obviously, but the sustained effects were almost the same.
