手术室护理人员按职称上岗工作初探

A study on the work responsibility corresponding with professional tilte of nursing staff in operating room

护理人员实行技术职称评定之后,按职称上岗却因种种原因没有落实。手术室在医院管理大系统中,是一个具有鲜明特殊性的护理单元。为了探索现代管理模式的有效性,近年来,我们实行了手术室护理人员按职称上岗,提高了工作效率、工作质量和人员素质。

The proper adjustment of work responsibility is necessary for the nursing staff after their promotion of professional title. However, it is not well fulfilled for many reasons. In order to explore an effective administrative model, a policy of work responsibility corresponding with the professional title and educational background of nurses has been carried out in our operating room in recent years. The preliminary results show great improvement of work quality and efficiency, professional training, and personnel quality.
