摘要
考试是教学过程中的基本环节,是评估学员掌握知识水平和评价教学效果的重要手段。为提高和改进教学、考试质量,检测护理教员首次担负《内科学及护理》中系统内科疾病及护理课程的教学效果,作者通过对课终试卷设计,选用1994年全国护士执业考试A_1、A_2、C、X4种类型,以病例形式、多发病、常见病为基础,结合护理专业特点和实际临床所应掌握的知识和能力,进行了不同角度的测试,为使试卷能客观地反映教学效果,采用教育测量理论的方法,对试卷进行了逐一的分析。其结果反映,该试卷设计较为合理,内容选择体现了大纲要求和目的,有助于培养学员思考、分析、判断、综合和处理问题的能力。客观地反映了教学中存在的不足,为今后改进提供了可靠的信息。从另一方面,通过试卷分析,反馈出护理教员讲授该课程能充分体现出护理专业特点,试题量偏重于护理方法、护理措施、护理观察,具有临床实用性,能促使学员体验到护理工作在临床中的重要性,为激发学习热情和热爱护理专业奠定了思想基础,为改进教学和提高考试质量积累了经验。
Examinations, a kind of basic links in teaching, are an indispensable means to appraise the effect of teaching and how well students master the knowledge. In order to improve teaching qualities and to check the teaching effect of the instructor in charge of the system medical disease course, the authors have designed this test paper. It, based on cases of common diseases and frequently-occuring disease, selects four kinds of subjects from the National Nurse License Examination of 1994, deals with the characteristics of the nursing course and the practically clinical knowledge and capacity, and tests from different angles. To ensure the reflection of the teaching effect objectively, they use the measure theory of education to analyse the paper. As the result of the analysis, the design is proved to be reasonable, the content reflects the requirement of the Outline, and it is conducive to training students to think, analyse, judge and solve problems. And the paper accurately reflects the deficiency in teaching and provides reliable information for future teaching . The paper focuses on nursing methods, nursing measures, and nursing observation, and enables students to learn the importance of nursing through practice and lays a foundation to arouse students' enthusiasm for study and their love for the nursing course. Meanwhile, it accumulates a wealth of experience for improving teaching methods and the quality of examinations.
