摘要
随着核磁共振(MRI)在脊柱疾病中的广泛应用,胸椎间盘突出症的早期诊断已不再困难。我院近5年来对13例有脊髓压迫症表现的胸椎间盘突出症的患者施行经肋横突切除进路、椎间盘摘除手术,其中6例症状完全消除,5例症状有明显改善,2例无变化。
Early diagnosis of thoracic disc herniation was possible since the development and extensive application of MRI to the spinal diseases. In past 5 years, 13 cases of thoracic disc herniation with symptoms of spinal cord compression in our department were operated on with diskectomy by costotransversectomy (posterolateral - extrapleural) approach. Among them, 6 cases recovered completely, 5 cases improved markedly and 2 cases remained no change.
