摘要
为了解大网膜蒂瓣小肠延长后肠段的粘膜改变与氨基酸吸收功能的关系,作者以幼犬为实验对象,对已建立的孤立肠段、小肠延长模型进行氨基酸吸收功能检测和肠段粘膜变化的观察。结果显示,延长肠段的绒毛高度和宽度比Thiry-Vella肠袢均有降低。前者对苯丙氨酸吸收减少,但对甘氨酸、丝氨酸吸收能力增强。提示粘膜改变对氮基酸的吸收影响较小,而小肠延长后对某些氨基酸的吸收能力增强。
Isolated bowel segment and bowel lengthening models were established in young dogs in order to study the mucosal morphology and amino acid absorption of the experimental bowel segment. The results showed that the villi height and width were lower in elongated bowel segment than in Thiry - Vella loop. The isolated bowel segment and elongated bowel segment were lower in phenylalamine acid absorption than that in the control segment. The elongated bowel segment was higher in glycine and serine absorption than that in control segment. The result suggested that the elongated bowel segment would preserve the absorption of amino acid.
