摘要
采用脾内直接免疫法和杂交瘤技术获得5株杂交瘤细胞。杂交瘤细胞培养上清液和腹水中单克隆抗体效价分别为1∶8~64和10-3~10-4(ELISA)。与其他10种鼠源性病毒和BHK21细胞无非特异性反应。与传统免疫方法相比较,即节省了抗原、缩短了免疫时间,又可避免因免疫抗原致病性强而导致动物死亡的缺点,是一种具有实际应用的免疫方法。
Five hybridoma cell strains which could stably secrete McAbs to Ectromelia Virus were obtained by intrasplenic direct immunization and hybridoma techniques as those described in the paper,The titer of McAbs in culture supernatant and AF are 1∶8~64 and 10~10 seperately by ELISA Nonspecific reaction between McAbs and 10 murine viruses and BHK21cells was not observed.This method is a very practical and valuable one because it is one not only minimize the dose of antigen and shorten the immunizing time compared with common immunization method,but also avoid the failure of immunization with virulent vital antigen.
