摘要
本文采用SEM及TEM技术,对山羊裸皮的超微结构及其在软化过程中的变化进行了研究。观察了弹性纤维在不同软化条件下的形态变化,同时对比观察了胶原纤维的形态变化,并测定了软化废液中羟基脯氨酸的含量。结果表明,常规软化工艺的软化效果应当是弹性纤维的形态发生轻微的变化,胶原纤维结构得到适度松散;如果弹性纤维结构被严重消解,则势必会造成所不希望的胶原纤维结构松散过度。这也说明在常规软化条件下,除去弹性纤维是不可能的,除去弹性纤维并不是软化的主要目的。弹性纤维对成革柔软度有一定的影响,但不是主要因素。本研究旨在进一步探索酶软化的机理,同时也为选择、制定山羊鞋面革软化工艺提供了超微结构方向的依据。
The ultrastructure of goatskin and its changes during the bating process
were studied by scanning electron and transmission electron microscope in
this paper.The morphologic change of elasfic fibers was observed in compa
rison with that of collagen fibers in different bating process. Moreover, the
guantities of hydrxyproline dissolved into the bating liguors from the skin
were also determined.The results obtained show that the effect of the no-
rmal bating process should be that the slight change of the morphology of
elastic fibers takes place,the structure of collagenous fibers gets the appro-
priate opening up.The serious digestion on the elastic fibers would result
in overopening up of collagenous fibers not to be expected.The resultsb
ating illustrate that it is impossible to remove elastic fibers in the normal
condition.The removalof elastic fibers is not ultimate aim of bating. The
elastic fibers have a certain influence on the softness of finished leather but
they are not a chief factor.The results not have certain significance to
studying the mechanism bating but also provide the basis of ultrasructure for
choosing and drawing up the bating process of goatskin shoe upper leather.
