摘要 在稻草的碱浸渍和氧气蒸煮的两段氧碱法制浆过程中,添加碳水化合物保护剂MgSO4等,有助于纸浆的裂断长及耐破指数的提高,但撕裂指数有不同程度的降低;中浓法制浆时的影响大于高浓法;碱浸渍时,添加剂在低温下有减缓氧气氧化的作用,而在高温下则有促进作用. Chemical additive(e.g.MgSO4)preventing carbohydrates from oxidative degradation were employed In a two-stage alkali oxygen pulping of rice straw.Normally,increases in breaking length and burst factor were obtained for the resulted pulp,but accompanied by reductions in tear.Strength properties of the pulps from medium consistency pulping were more readily influenced by the additives than those from high consistency pulping.Introducing the additives into the alkali soaking stage and kept at low temperature (40℃) tended to alleviate in the oxygen cooking stage.Contrarily,high temperature(80℃)alkan soaking with chemical additives would promote lignin oxidation and prove to be more effective.
