摘要
利用UV,IR,1H-NMR和13C-NMR技术,研究了构树皮碱术素过氧乙酸处理后结构变化。结果表明,碱本素过氧乙酸处理后,酚羟基、甲氧基含量减少,羧基、羰基含量增加。在过氧乙酸作用下,碱术素结构发生了β-O-4,Ar-Cα,Cα-Cβ,Cβ-Cγ,的氧化断裂以及C4、C6的开环反应,降解成富含亲水基因的低分子木素。
Paper mulberry alkali lignin was treated with peracetic acid and then observed with UV, IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. It was noted that within the lignin macromolecule, phenolic and methoxyl groupssuffered decreases, accompanied by increases in carboxyl and carbonyl groups as well as oxygen contents.Apparently, cleavages of the β-O-4, Aγ-Cα,Cα-Cβ,and Cβ-Cγ linkages and the ring-opening reaction of C4-C6rendered the alkali lignin more soluble.
