螯合剂与木聚糖酶预处理对桉木KP浆含氧漂白的影响 被引量:4

摘要 讨论了螯合剂EDTA与木聚糖酶单独和联合预处理,对桉木硫酸盐浆含氧漂白系统的影响。结果表明,先用螫合剂处理,经洗涤后再用木聚糖酶处理的联合预处理方式效果较好,表现在桉木硫酸盐浆终漂浆白度最高,接近90%SBD,粘度也不低(514ml/g)。 Pretreatment with chelating agents and/or xylananse for oxygen bleaching of eucalyptus KPwas studied. Experiments conducted indicated that pretreatment with chelating agent followed by subsequentxylanase addition gave the best results, provided that an intermittent washing stage was provided. Pretreat-ment solely with chelating agent or xylanase appeared to be less effective than their combination. EucalyptusKP can thus be bleached to a brightness of close to 90%SBD, without any significant reduction in pulp viscos-lty.
