摘要
通过模拟实验,探索降低烘缸内水膜厚度,提高缸体表面温度均匀度及工作状态稳定性,强化缸内蒸汽凝结的方法,整理缸内蒸汽凝结系数计算公式,为缸体的设计及技术改造提供理论依据。
Simulation experiments were conducted for maintaining a thin water film in the inside wall ofcylindrical dryers, resulting in improved heat transfer for better temperature profile on the surface of the dryers. A methematical moldel for improving heat transfer in dryers is also presented. The approach in the papermay serve as a basis for dryer remodeling.
