Virtcal Process Control System and Its Employment on the Pulp & Paper Industry

在虚拟制造系统的基础上，根据过程控制系统自身的特点，把虚拟过程控制系统同计算机集散控制系统结合起来，建立了建模、控制、优化与仿真计算机集成化环境，并把制浆造纸生产线各工段的动态数学模型和静态数学模型及控制算法输人到集成环境中，建立了制浆造纸生产线模拟系统，仿真结果和实际运行验证了它的有效性。

DCS and VM concept 9 an environment of industrial control computer system including modelcreating, control, optimization and simulation was set up. Lots of dynamic mathematic models, static mathematic models and control algorithms were put into the environment, and the simulation system for the pulp &paper mill can thus be estabilished. The results obtained both from system simulation and commercial controller systems proved themselves to be effective for practical purposes.
