摘要
The principle of uberrima fide (Utmost Good Faith) is the basis of marine insurance and marine insurance law. This article analyses the framework of English law constituted by 1906 Ma-rine Insurance Law and authoritative cases in this respect, gives a preliminary comparison with Chinese maritime law, and puts forward some opinions.
