二金汤镇痛作用和对胃肠运动功能影响的实验研究

Experimental studies of Erjintang on analgesic action and gastrointestinal motility

目的 探讨二金汤方的镇痛作用和对胃肠运动的影响。方法 以不同剂量的二金汤灌胃给药后观察其对腹腔注射醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数和潜伏期及对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果 二金汤能明显减少腹腔注射醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数,延长小鼠扭体反应潜伏期,对正常小鼠的小肠运动有明显的推进作用。结论 二金汤具有镇痛和促进胃肠运动的作用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of Erjintang on analgesic effect and gastrointestinal motility. METHODS We infused high and low dosages of Erjintang into mice's stomach, and then observed the effects on enteric propulsion and pain-like response induced by acetic acid. RESULTS Erjintang showed obvious effects on the enteric propulsion of normal mice and decreased pain response. CONCLUSIONS Erjintang showed marked analgesic effect and promoted the motility of the gastrointestine.
